Rwanda and Uganda are ripping their good rewards from this bias institution the UN. A preliminary UN observers' report released recently named Rwanda and Uganda's involvements in supporting M23. Today, this bias organization has suddenly turned its tune after the accused country in the report have each threatened the UN. It was Rwanda 1st when Kagame left and quit mini summit at 67 UN general assembly;called by UN secretary Ban ki Moon. To sooth Rwanda's anger a monthly later it was elected to be a non permanent member at UNSC. This post gives Rwanda power to block any investigation against its leader who is accused for crime committed in eastern DRCongo. Then Uganda threatens to pull its keeping missions troops which leads the UN to distance itself with report released by its members. Congolese are considered non-existent people... which peace does this institution preach? Congolese too are world citizens by nature and not by laws.

Uganda has a license to kill. I praise the role Uganda is playing in Somalia but it does not give them the right to destabilize the DRC. Unfortunately that's the way the world works today, some lives are valuable some others do not count...Uganda is putting some pressure in order to carry on what it's doing in Congo. Anyway soon or later the DRC will have its justice.

the fact that uganda has resulted to blackmail just stand to proove that they are guilty. but on the other side i really admire museveni as a dictator for the mere fact that he has over the years managed to understand and anticipate the big issues in the world wich has unabled him to stay usefull in the eyes of the international community and has basically given him amunition against them all the time over the years. although museveni is a dictator and a war criminal (for supporting a rebellion that has committed crimes against humanity), even i have to admit that this guy is very clever.
