Africa Policy Chief Outlines U.S. Initiatives

The top U.S. Africa policymaker, Assistant Secretary of State Linda Thomas-Greenfield, outlines the Obama administration's initiative on power, trade and youth. Speaking at the Nigerian Embassy in Washington, DC, she also urged Africa's largest country to get the elections in 2015 right.
