South African Court Dismisses Govt Appeal Over Bashir

The Supreme Court of Appeal has dismissed a government bid to overturn an earlier judgement against it over its failure to arrest Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir last year on a warrant issued by the International Criminal Court.
