Spokesperson Clayson Monyela explains the decision to place Chief of State Protocol Ambassador Bruce Koloane on compulsory leave with immediate effect. This is so the department can conduct an investigation into the landing of a private aircraft on State Key Point, Waterkloof Air Base.
