One would wonder why the president of uganda (museveni) is against military action against these criminals (M23, FDLR, CNDP). Is it a coincedence that these criminals find safe heaven along side rwanda and uganda borders with Congo? Museveni is for military action against MLR (Kony) but he's against it when it comes to act against the criminals who have caused about 6 million deaths in Congo and millions more displaced. Aid to uganda should be withheld just like rwanda until these 2 presidents (kagame and museveni) denounce these negative forces in Congo and support military action against them.
