The Gates Foundation has recently launched an agricultural technology initiative. Achieving food security and improving nutrition has become even more challenging with the climate crisis, and now it's intensifying, allAfrica's Juanita Williams asked Gates Foundation CEO Mark Suzman how this initiative will address the problem, and how the insights and accumulated wisdom of local farmers will be tapped and incorporated.
