Cameroon Refutes Torture Allegations in Boko Haram Fight

Though Amnesty International say it can't be 100% sure that Americans are aware of the torture, the groups says over the last decade, the U.S. has devoted hundreds of millions of dollars to Cameroon while training its elite military force and providing everything from arms to humanitarian aid to development assistance. Cameroon has however rubbished the report.
