Dr Sani Aliyu, the National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force COVID-19, speaks about the challenges of coordinating a united response involving all Nigeria's states, which function mostly independently. Aliyu was part of the weekly WHO Afro briefing with Dr Matshidiso Moeti, World Health Organization Regional Director for Africa, Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu, Director General of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, Dr Michel Yao, World Health Organization Emergency Operations Programme Manager.
