Mkhwebane was releasing a number of investigative reports in Pretoria. She says Gordhan also misled the State Capture Commission when he told Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo that he did not recall having a meeting with the controversial Gupta family. Mkhwebane also found that Gordhan, violated the constitution when he approved the establishment of the so-called rogue unit at SARS during his tenure as Commissioner. Meanwhile, Mkhwebane says she has faith that President Cyril Ramaphosa will do the right thing and to institute an immediate investigation against Public Enterprise Minister Pravin Gordhan.
