U.S.$15 Billion Diamond Money - Of Mugabe's Inconsistent Statements

The question remains, what happened to the U.S.$15 billion diamond money that former president Robert Mugabe claimed was not accounted for? Perhaps, Zimbabweans are asking the same question to the former  president , who over the years, had defended the mining processes in Marange. Mugabe has previously blamed sanctions as the reason behind low revenues from diamond mines, but the veteran leader turned around, accusing his own lieutenants and diamond companies of looting, corruption and engaging in shady deals.
